About Marci

I work with women and other leaders who are building and leading organizations they care deeply about. Many of them are carrying significant responsibility and making complex decisions every day.

My work grew out of years spent building businesses, leading teams, and working alongside community-based organizations. I have seen how often capable leaders are asked to carry too much without enough clarity or support. I have also seen how much shifts when priorities are clear, communication is direct, and structure supports the work instead of complicating it.

My background includes entrepreneurship, wellness, community-building, and economic development. I have spent more than a decade building organizations, supporting leaders, and guiding teams through growth and change.

I am known for a calm presence and direct questions. I listen closely, surface what is often left unsaid, and help leaders focus on what matters most so decisions feel thoughtful rather than reactive.

At the core of Moxie is a belief that leadership should be steady and sustainable. It should support the people doing the work, not exhaust them.
